Manoj Kala, the founder of Auracon Group, is a first-generation entrepreneur with a passion for architecture and real estate. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Marathwada Institute of Technology, Manoj began his career in 1997 as an architect. His extensive experience in architecture, coupled with his deep understanding of the real estate market, allowed him to establish Auracon Group in 2017. Under his leadership, the company has expanded rapidly and developed a portfolio of over 15,00,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial properties. His visionary approach and strong leadership have been instrumental in building strategic partnerships with stakeholders, customers, employees and communities, achieving growth and success for the company. His contribution has been recognized as a prestigious contribution to society. He has received several awards including the Certificate of Honor, Star Maharashtra, Shri. Kalpak Kala, an accomplished architect, completed his architectural studies at the prestigious Liverpool and Manchester School of Architecture. Kalpak brings his architectural creativity and keen understanding of design to the table. As the head of the studio at Manoj Kala and Associates (MKA), he plays a key role in creating commercial and visually compelling designs that upgrade the value of Auracon’s properties. Tejas Kala, currently pursuing a global Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SP Jain, brings a modern and global perspective to the leadership team.
